These Terms of Supply apply to the supply of products and related services by Code Jet Solutions. By placing an enquiry, requesting a quotation, confirming an order or purchasing products from us, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. About Our Products

Code Jet Solutions supplies industrial coding, printing, marking, rewinding and related equipment, including products such as inkjet printers, coding machines, rewinding machines, conveyors, inks, cartridges, sensors and other associated products.

Product images, specifications, dimensions and descriptions shown on our website are provided for general information. Actual products may vary slightly due to manufacturing updates, model changes or technical improvements.

2. Enquiries and Quotations

A request submitted through our website or by any other communication method is treated as an enquiry and does not automatically constitute an order.

After receiving your requirement, we may contact you to confirm:

• Quantity
• Technical specifications
• Application or intended use
• Delivery location
• Price and applicable taxes
• Availability
• Delivery time
• Installation or other requirements, where applicable

Any quotation provided by Code Jet Solutions is subject to the terms, validity period and conditions mentioned in that quotation.

3. Order Confirmation

An order will be considered confirmed only after the required commercial and technical details have been agreed upon and confirmation has been provided by Code Jet Solutions.

Depending on the product and order, we may require an advance payment or other payment arrangement before processing the order.

No order should be considered final solely on the basis of information displayed on our website.

4. Pricing and Taxes

Product prices may vary depending on the model, specifications, quantity, accessories, installation requirements, delivery location and other factors.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in a written quotation, applicable taxes, transportation, installation or other additional charges may be payable separately.

The final price applicable to an order will be the price agreed between the customer and Code Jet Solutions at the time of order confirmation.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If a particular product, model or component is temporarily unavailable, we may provide an estimated availability or delivery date. Such dates may change due to manufacturing schedules, transportation, supplier availability or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Delivery

Delivery arrangements will depend on the product, quantity, delivery location and terms agreed at the time of purchase.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring that the delivery location is suitable for receiving the equipment.

For larger machinery or equipment, the customer may also be required to provide suitable space, access, electrical connections, manpower or other site requirements where applicable.

7. Installation and Commissioning

Where installation, commissioning, demonstration or technical support is included with a product, the applicable arrangements will be communicated separately.

Installation requirements may vary depending on the machine and the customer’s site.

Any work or requirement that is not included in the agreed quotation may be charged separately.

8. Inspection on Delivery

Customers should check the supplied goods when they are received and notify Code Jet Solutions as soon as reasonably possible if there is any visible damage, shortage or discrepancy.

Where required, customers may be asked to provide photographs, videos, delivery documents or other information to help us investigate a delivery-related issue.

9. Warranty

Where a product is supplied with a manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty, the applicable warranty terms will depend on the product and will be communicated with the quotation, invoice, warranty document or other applicable documentation.

Warranty coverage may be subject to proper installation, operation and maintenance of the equipment.

Damage caused by misuse, incorrect operation, unauthorised modification, improper installation, accidents, unsuitable operating conditions or normal wear and tear may not be covered.

The specific warranty terms applicable to a product will take priority over any general information on this website.

10. Returns and Replacement

Returns or replacements are not automatically available for every product.

Because many industrial machines and equipment may be selected according to a customer’s particular application, technical requirements or specifications, any return or replacement will be considered according to the product, reason for the request and terms agreed at the time of sale.

Customers should contact Code Jet Solutions before returning any product.

No product should be sent back without prior confirmation.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their application and requirements before purchasing a product.

This may include information relating to:

• Material or product to be printed or processed
• Required printing or coding details
• Production speed
• Machine usage
• Available installation space
• Electrical requirements
• Environmental conditions
• Quantity and operating requirements

Providing accurate information helps us recommend suitable equipment and prepare the correct quotation.

12. Technical Information

Technical specifications published on the website are intended as general product information.

Manufacturers may modify specifications, components or product designs without prior notice.

Where a particular technical specification is important to a customer’s application, the customer should confirm the requirement with Code Jet Solutions before placing an order.

13. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated to the customer before an order is confirmed.

Where advance payment is required, production, procurement or dispatch may begin only after the agreed payment has been received.

Any payment-related conditions, including due dates and applicable charges, will be governed by the quotation, invoice or other written commercial agreement.

14. Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible and before the order has progressed to a stage where cancellation is no longer reasonably possible.

For customised, special-order, imported or already-dispatched products, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to applicable costs.

Any cancellation will be handled according to the specific terms agreed for the order.

15. Limitation of Liability

Code Jet Solutions will make reasonable efforts to supply products according to the confirmed order and agreed specifications.

However, we are not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, transport providers, natural events, government restrictions, strikes or other unforeseen circumstances.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Code Jet Solutions will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use a product.

16. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product and company information on our website useful and up to date.

However, occasional errors, outdated information or changes in product availability may occur.

The terms contained in the final quotation, invoice, purchase order or written agreement applicable to a particular transaction will govern that transaction where they differ from general website information.
